The Community at Rockhill
Flexibility and choice drive every aspect of the engaging lifestyle at The Community at Rockhill. As a Life Plan Community, we offer multiple living levels to meet the needs of residents and their families, placing priority on maintaining a maximum level of independence.
Our beautiful 44-acre campus offers the full continuum of Residential Living, Personal Care, and Health Care Services. Many of our amenities are offered à la carte, empowering residents to customize their lifestyle according to their needs.
Lutheran Community at Telford
Since 1962, Lutheran Community at Telford has been providing exceptional services for older adults. Today, our Life Plan community offers a full continuum of living, a varied range of housing options, and an impressive complement of services and amenities that make life in our community joyful and rewarding.
Our 50-acre campus offers spacious residential cottages, convenient apartment homes, comfortable personal care accommodations and personalized care in our Healthcare Pavilion and Shepherd’s Way memory support neighborhood. In addition to amenities offered on campus, our location is convenient to a wide array of opportunities in the local area.

We’re excited to see this project move forward through construction! Read about our official groundbreaking, which was held June 22.
Dan McKee, president and CEO of Grace Inspired Ministries, views the project as an extension of the deep roots already established by the company’s two life plan communities: the Community at Rockhill and the Lutheran Community at Telford. “Grace Inspired Ministries is honored to be partnered with this project, which will bring much needed affordable and supportive housing to seniors in our community,” McKee stated.
Construction is expected to be complete April 2022.
