This low-income senior housing community combines accessibility and peace of mind, catering to individuals 55 and older who meet our income criteria. Since opening our doors in 2022, Sellersville Senior Residences has been a haven of hope for many of our area’s seniors.

The property features 50 apartment homes across three floors with elevator service, ensuring ease and convenience. With a strong emphasis on inclusivity, we offer fully ADA-accessible units and the remainder are ADA-adaptable. Enhance your independent living experience with access to supportive services, from financial literacy and life skills to adult continuing education.
